Greetings. I just finished making a new wallpaper called "Oculus" (version 1) and (version 2). Yes there are two versions of this one, which means you get to choose which one you like the best! Enjoy!

Here's a new wallpaper just created today, "Tokyo Nights". I consider it another 'different' one, sorta reminds me of a drunken evening in one of those eastern metropolises. You know, like the kind I always used to spend during my wild and fancy-free days of youth... Check it out if you like this kind of style.

I've been spending the better part of the past week working on new wallpapers. The results are encouraging. I was going to hold off on releasing them until the opening of my new site digitalsentience.net, but that could still be months down the road, not to mention I found wallpapers on my computer that I made a good while ago that were meant to be posted on "The New DarkDroid Net" (obviously that vision has changed). So without further adieu, here is a short list of some of those wallpapers, including some very recent ones.

Greetings to everyone and thanks to those who have continued to visit in hopes of seeing something new. I realize I have neglected this site for the better part of 6 months, all I can say is there has been good reason to. I have been busy with school and with my side-project developing the C101.5 FM site, and also in toiling over layout ideas for what will eventually replace this site. I had the domain purchased but no server space yet. hopefully over the next few months during my first co-op semester I will be able to find time to fully develop a new site for myself. I will try to put updates on here regarding that. For now though here's a new piece of work I actually just finished creating, "Acquiescence". Note that I am stamping all my new work with the digitalsentience.net logo. That is all for now!

Orgamecha Net is now finally a completed project. I am proud to say it's one of my best pieces of work to date. This helps to drive home for me anyway that idea that I improve in my skill with each new site I design. I encourage all those who visit my site to go check this one out. It's at http://orgamecha.tripod.com. Now with that out of the way I am ready to tackle much larger and more demanding, and certainly more challenging projects. I don't expect that I will have much time to redesign DDN during the coming weeks, or months quite possibly, but I will keep all my many fans posted with information as it comes handy. I am still in the preliminary processes of seeking a domain for myself, so nothing new there. So check out Orgamecha Net, and I'll be posting again soon (hopefully).
 
Oh, I had to delete a few wallpapers to cut down on space, if some links are broken or images refuse to load it is due to this.

Finally after all the toil and trouble, after so many weeks of being ignored because of work or school, Orgamecha Net is finally nearing completion. I just sat down determined to get through the majority of the work at about 11:30 and now it's almost 4am and I'm wiped. Please by all means go and check out this new masterpiece of design (if there are errors it's not my fault *wink*). Pay no mind to the man for which the site was designed, he's perfectly harmless, just highly opinionated. The site only needs a couple more hours of work before it's ready to be placed under the control of the owner, and off my to-do list forever. As far as my home site goes I still need time to get a hold of a domain and then even more time to fix up the layout, but hang in there folks.

Fear not DDN-going community, DarkDroid Net may soon be gone, but it is far from dead. This site has helped me a great deal in getting exposure and getting my work out there to be seen. Therefore I will definitely be reviving the site as soon as I can. I have not stopped designing wallpapers. I have many new works that will have their debut when DarkDroid Net comes fully to life once more, hopefully only a few months down the road. I am considering creating a new layout but I have been having trouble coming up with something. I may just keep this layout and touch it up a bit here and there. I am looking into purchasing my own domain. I'll post more information on that as it develops. Check out the new News logo, a little taste of what's to come.

Tripod emailed me today saying they are going to cut my server space down to 20MB. I need at least 50 if I'm gonna have a decent collection of work up here, and orignally I hoped it would be enough to hold everything. I guess not. I don't blame Tripod, they're in the business of making money and no doubt they covered their asses with some fineprint saying "subject to change without notice." At least I got notice. With this restriction I'm not even going to have enough room for everything that's on DDN right now. With this in mind I've decided that within the next few months I am going to dismantle the site, fix it up and place it on its own server with its own domain name. When and if I get further information on this I will post it. Thanks for all the support from the people who have come to check my site out, and I hope you still visit often when the site is restored.

For every wallpaper on DarkDroid Net there are two HTML documents, and three image files. There are currently 27 wallpapers in the archive. that means 135 files stored on the server are wallpaper-related. Problems such as limited server-space and ease of site upkeep will soon become major issues that will have to be addressed. I will attempt to review the situation and generate some ideas on how these problems can be avoided or neutralized over the course of the next month or so. During this time however there may be quite the dry spell as far as updates are concerned. Despite this keep in mind that I am still making wallpapers and I will also try to continue with my project schedule.
